The program is based on nominations from senior leadership, with suitable candidates carefully selected. Direct applications are not currently accepted, but this process may change for future cohorts.
Who is Eligible to be selected for the program?
The selection pool includes UAE Nationals and Abu Dhabi Government employees who hold the grade of Executive Directors or equivalent, and are nominated by senior leadership.
How long is the program? Will it affect my job?
The program spans 9 months of active learning, which includes opportunities for individual learning journeys. Participants are expected to remain in their current role while committing 2-4 days per month to the program. This commitment does not include additional time required for self-paced learning, coaching, or mentoring. Further details will be communicated and coordinated with the participant's respective entity to ensure support for their availability and growth.
What is the learning format?
The program is primarily delivered in person in Abu Dhabi to maximize engagement and impact. However, certain components, such as self-paced learning and individual coaching sessions, may be offered online to provide flexibility and complement the in-person experience.
How will the program support my personal learning journey?
Each participant will follow a personalized development journey through an Individual Development Plan (IDP). This IDP is guided by coaching and mentorship, aligning with the participant's strengths, growth areas, and leadership aspirations. The program aims to ensure continuous learning, measured progress, and strategic impact aligned with Abu Dhabi's vision.
What happens after I graduate?
The program signifies a lasting commitment to the Abu Dhabi government Ecosystem. Support extends beyond the program through an active alumni network, offering opportunities to lead sessions and mentor participants in future cohorts, thereby inspiring others.
